Homes that are empty for weeks and months at a time are more susceptible to a break-in or theft, and a small problem that goes unnoticed and uncorrected will become a big expensive surprise when you arrive weeks or months later. You will enjoy the peace of mind that your property is being carefully looked after, and you’ll feel closely connected and up to date with the condition of your property. Your home will be visited monthly, bi-monthly, or a different frequency of your choosing. The following actions will be accomplished, and a detailed Monitoring Report with photos will be sent to you via mail or email. If the need arises, you will be contacted based on the severity of the problem to direct any necessary corrective action.

Concierge Services In addition to our Monitoring Service, we offer a comprehensive Concierge Service level that will transform your property from a burden to a luxury. Imagine arriving for your first visit of the season to find your home ready to enjoy: the refrigerator stocked with your favorite fresh food and beverages, decks and driveway swept off, BBQ grill ready to go, cleans linens in bedrooms and bathrooms, and if your home was winterized, you’ll find the plumbing system up and on line, with hot water ready to use. Your home will be prepared to your exact specifications – as if you had shown up a week prior to get it ready yourself! Stop spending the first and last several days of your time in the mountains doing home repair and maintenance. When it’s time to leave for the season, just leave everything the way it is, and we’ll
take care of closing down your home and preparing it for the winter season. Or perhaps you want to invite family or friends to stay at your home when you’re not there – we’ll have it ready for them as well!
There is no detail that is too small for us to take care of. Listed below is a description of typical services that our Concierge clients enjoy: ARRIVAL PREPARATION: - Turn on plumbing system, fill hot water heater and adjust
- Turn on electrical system, plug in appliances, replace bulbs, set clocks
- Turn on gas service, light pilot lights
- Stock refigerator and pantry with your favorite items
- Vacum and dust interior areas
- Wash bed and bath linens and make up beds
- Set heat or A/C thermostat as appropriate, check/replace HVAC filter
- Sweep off all decks, patios, and driveways
- Set out patio furniture and prepare gas grill for use
CLOSING AND WINTERIZING: - Drain plumbing system and hot water heater
- Service all sink drains and toilets with non-toxic anti-freeze
- Shut off electricity
- Unplug all appliances (for lightning protection)
- Shut off gas service
- Empty and clean refigerator and freezer
- Close all curtains, shades, and blinds
- Secure all patio and deck furniture and gas grill
- Cover furniture with sheets
